UMEEZ LTD ("UMEEZ", "we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Unit A10, 326 Bizspace Business Park, Kings Road, Tyseley, Birmingham B11 2AL, United Kingdom. • Contact data you submit via our enquiry form or email: name, business email, company name, message content.
• Service data required to deliver our marketplace services: seller-console or vendor-console credentials (held under least-privilege user invites — never your master account password), advertising metrics, listing content and product identifier data.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and referrer, collected via standard server logs.

• To respond to enquiries and deliver agreed services — performance of a contract.
• To send service updates and invoices — legitimate interest and legal obligation.
• To protect our systems and detect fraud — legitimate interest.
• Marketing emails — only with your explicit consent; you can opt out at any time.

Where we access information from a marketplace API (including Amazon's Selling Partner API and Advertising API) on your behalf, we handle it in accordance with the relevant marketplace's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. We do not sell, share or transfer marketplace-derived data to any third party other than sub-processors strictly required to operate our service, we do not retain Personally Identifiable Information from marketplace orders beyond 30 days unless legally required, and we encrypt all such data in transit and at rest.

• All data is stored on encrypted infrastructure inside the UK / EEA.
• Access is restricted to assigned UMEEZ specialists and protected by SSO and MFA.
• We review access logs and rotate credentials regularly.
• Suspected breaches are notified to the ICO within 72 hours where required.

We only share data with sub-processors needed to operate the service, including:

• Marketplace seller / vendor / advertising consoles we operate on your behalf (delivery of your service).
• Cloud hosting and email infrastructure providers under contract.
• Accountants and HMRC where legally required.

We never sell personal data.

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from last contact. Client account data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years for tax and statutory record keeping. Marketplace-derived PII is purged within 30 days of the order date unless legally required.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). To exercise any of these rights, email hello@umeez.co.uk and we will respond within one calendar month.
