Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the UMEEZ website and any services you purchase from UMEEZ LTD ("UMEEZ"). By engaging UMEEZ you agree to these terms and to any service order or statement of work signed by both parties.

UMEEZ provides marketplace advertising (Sponsored Ads / PPC), listing optimisation, enhanced content design, product research and seller / vendor account management for online marketplaces. Specific deliverables, scope and timelines are set out in your service order.

Subscription engagements are billed monthly in GBP in advance. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time effective at the end of the current billing month. Project / Mission engagements are billed per the schedule in the relevant order.

You agree not to use our services or website to: violate the policies of any marketplace we operate on, infringe third-party intellectual property, manipulate reviews or rankings, traffic counterfeit goods, or perform any activity that breaches applicable law. Where we operate on the Amazon marketplace on your behalf, we comply with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Solution Provider Agreement and will refuse work that breaches them.

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform under this agreement. NDAs are available on request.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UMEEZ's aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

UMEEZ LTD is an independent agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
